We promised we would explore all possibilities to make this event happen, until we hit an insurmountable obstacle.
We have now hit that obstacle with the venue, who for many reasons, are unable to host this years event on the 17th/18th July.
We are very sad that, despite our best and biggest efforts, we have not been able to deliver the event that we wanted to.
Our original plan was to refund your entry fee/camping fees less 20% (plus PayPal fees where appropriate) or carry forward a place to next year. In light of the situation and admin involved in managing this, we have decided to refund the entry and camping fees in full instead.
All paypal transactions have been refunded. They can take 5 to 7 workiing days to be processed. Please get in touch if yours is not showing in your account by 14th July
Regarding bank transfer transactions please email me your bank details and invoice number and I can process the refund.
