Team entry instructions

IMPORTANT:

THE ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

EVEN IF WE MANAGE TO FILL YOUR PLACE WITH A RESERVE TEAM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. WE STRONGLY ADVISE/REQUEST THAT YOU ONLY ENTER IF YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIELD A FULL TEAM.

Decide which division to enter. If you are entering more than one team, PLEASE make a separate transaction/booking for each team.

Enter and pay on-line - available Saturday 24th March from 8.00am

Pay for your team entry via the online shop.

Payment will be via the Paypal Gateway. You do not need to have a paypal account, but you will need a credit or debit card.

There is a 5% surcharge (paypal fees) on all team entries.

Confirmation of your team entry and any camping will be sent via email.

Entries will only be accepted on payment of entry fee.

The entry fee is non-refundable.

Divisions can fill within hours and usually within a week so, be sure to act quickly!

If the division you want to enter is displaying the message 'No stock', it is because it is already fully booked. There is the option to go on the 'reserve list' for that division if you so wish.
