Camping is available at the tournament venue. Please pay on arrival and collect your wristband, before entering the tournament campsite.  Wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • Please remember that no cooking is allowed in the camp site! The City Council, the Venue and the organisers are very strict on no naked flames anywhere in the grounds for the safety of all on the camping field. Thank you for your co-operation on this one. ANY cooking equipment found will be taken to the tournament office and can be collected on departure.
  • Fire safety stations around the site are clearly marked and have an extinguisher and fire bucket.
  • Lanes are clearly marked for emergency vehicle access, PLEASE DO NOT erect a tent in this area.  Any tents in these lanes will be removed
  • No vehicles are permitted on the camping field, with the exception of the campervans that have booked and will park in the designated area close to the bowling green. Space is limited, so please BOOK EARLY.
  • No dogs are allowed on the tournament site.

Parking will be offsite, over the road at Manor Farm (a few hundred yards).  When you arrive, please come to the main venue and you will be able to drop off your camping gear and your team mates/family/friends and will be directed to the car park.

If you are with a group, those dropped off can head to the reception tent to purchase a wristband, each player must get their own security band for the weekend and will be checked in, so it is REALLY IMPORTANT that you have purchased one.  Replacements can only be given with a broken one returned, lost wristbands will be charged full camping fee.

Please do not park in the main car park, it is for Drop Off Only and then will be used for emergencies/access over the weekend.

Mini trolleys will be available to help transport your camping gear to your chosen pitch (please unload immediately and return to the drop off point).

This years catering will be provided by the venue and The Market Kitchen, a Bristol based caterer with exciting food ideas and a passion for sharing that with people.

Food will be available for those arriving on Friday evening, then hot breakfast baps will be an option on both Saturday and Sunday morning from the venue.  Lunches will be on offer both days and on Saturday evening too.  There will be a Hog Roast and vegan options with some lovely sides from James and his team and Pizzas plus other options available from the venue.

Please support our venue and our lovely caterer whilst you are with us, you will make a difference for both!

Changing Facilities

The changing/showering facilities are on site in the building to the right of the main pavillion.  Signed for men and women.  Toilets are available in here and the main building, as well as multiple portaloos around the site which are regularly cleaned and serviced over the weekend.

Our lovely friends at Sportset Volleyball Clothing and Accessories will be joining us again this year.  We are privileged to be one of the few events that they come to and it is a fantastic opportunity to see and try on specialist volleyball items you might see online.  Contact them before the event to discuss anything specific.

Our friend Ian Reinge will be joining us again this year, offering short sessions of physio over the weekend.  His website is here

Ice Cream

The Ice Cream van is booked for the event too; we are ready for lovely sunshine!

First Aid

First Aid services will be on hand to provide simple small injury treatment and advice, more serious injuries should be treated as such using 999 and local Accident and Emergency hospital services.

Bristol Royal Infirmary is here

The Tournament Disco will take place in the Club House on Saturday night. Entry is included with your entry fee this year; security will be on the door checking wristbands and monitoring numbers for safety.

Tournament T-Shirts

Tournament t-shirts will be on sale all weekend near the tournament office as a momento of your weekend :-)

Wristbands must be worn at all times over the weekend by guests.  If you are staying overnight, these should be camping wristbands; if you are a day visitor, please ask for a band.   Replacement bands can only be provided for free if the broken band is provided, otherwise the full fee will be payable to get a replacement.

Security will be onsite all weekend to ensure safety, including overnight.  A telephone number will be available onsite to contact them.

Display boards will be around the site with information..  Junior volleyball sessions if they are available will have times posted and essential phone numbers etc. will be on the board.

Feedback forms will be available after the weekend to allow you to collaborate with us to improve areas we don't experience in the same way as you do.
