No, the prices for camping and playing are for the whole weekend, regardless of whether you camp Friday and Saturday or only Saturday.

There is no refund for team entries, except for those on the reserve list.

We will refund you in full if you cancel one week before the tournament weekend

Adults are any campers aged 16 or over. Children are campers aged 5 to 15. Children under 5 are free.

No, the prices apply per person, not per tent.

Yes, you need to purchase a camping place for EACH person/child

No, we are hosting camping on rugby pitches

No, you need to bring all your own camping equipment. Please be considerate when bringing a gazebo, to ensure we don’t run out of space for you all.

Return to the tournament office with the broken wristband for replacement. Payment will be required if wristband is lost.

No, because it is a sports ground, glass is banned. Please bring cans, plastic bottles etc

No, animals are not permitted on site.

No, cooking is not permitted on site. No naked flames either.

Yes, but someone age 18+ must be present and responsible for you at all times (night and day)

Yes, it is on the lower level, behind the enclosed football area. Nearest the volleyball courts will be the most quiet area at night (away from the main camping area)

Yes, please make sure they purchase camping (if camping), register on entry and wear a wrist band. They will need to bring ID and abide by the rules of the event.

There is hot water taps in the toilets in the clubhouse. Plus you can plug a kettle in the changing rooms

There are sockets in the main venue and we also will have an extension lead connected to the generator at HQ that you can use to charge small devices only please.

Your safety is our prime concern. We will do our utmost to get as much volleyball in safely as we can. We have contingency plans for showers and bigger downpours. There may be some down time, but there will still be volleyball, friends, food, dancing and buckets of fun.
