Camping

Camping is available at the tournament venue (on the Bath Recreation Ground).

The cost is £13 per person for the weekend (£6 for under 16s, free for under 5s).

Space is limited, so please BOOK EARLY

Payment will be via the Paypal Gateway. You do not need a paypal account, but you will need a credit or debit card.

An invoice for your camping payment will be sent via email.

Your invoice is proof of purchase and will act as your camping permit. Please bring the invoice with you and have it ready to show on arrival at the tournament gate.

Campers names must be supplied. Once you have paid for your camping places, please submit the names of your campers under 'campers registration form'. You will need your invoice number and email to log-in. If you need to change the name of a camper, please edit the names here aswell.

Full refunds are available at least 14 days before the tournament. After this camping fees are non-refundable.

No dogs are allowed on the tournament site.

Accommodation @ Bath University

We have a special rate for accommodation at Bath University for anyone attending the Whitefield tournament:

• Standard rooms.
• Includes single bed with bedsheets, towel and soap/shampoo.
• Rooms are in blocks of up to 13 with communal kitchens.
• Please note NO cooking or eating equipment is provided so if you want to cook you will need to bring your own utensils, etc.

B&B and Hotels

There are a great number of hotels and guest houses in the Bath area. You are advised to book early since the tournament is held during the peak season. Please contact the Tourist Information Centre for details on 0906 711 2000 (premium rate number!) or call a booking service on 0870 420 1278.

Parking

For those who wish to park their vehicle at the tournament, the parking charge is £10 per car / camper / minibus / etc. for the weekend. Parking on Sunday only is £5. Motorbikes are free.

Catering

Bath R.F.C. will again be providing all the catering this year. Full breakfasts, lunches, snacks and drinks will all be available from the usual place in the Club House. A wide range of shops, 'take aways', and restaurants can be found in the City centre.

Sportset

Sportset will be on site all weekend selling trainers, shirts, shorts and balls.
